Run your month on Lunaris: when alcalina rises, when shilajit pauses, when re:set lands
A 28-day routine in four seven-day windows: shilajit at sunrise, alcalina in the evening, and one 24-hour re:set in the third week.

Lunaris moves the alcalina and shilajit amounts as the moon turns, so a flat daily dose does not run the protocol
Lunaris pairs mineral and enzyme support with the phases of the lunar month. alcalina carries the mineral base, shilajit sits on top as the energy layer, and re:set is the monthly step. The amounts never hold flat: the alcalina dose climbs through part of the month and eases back later, shilajit pauses and then returns lighter, and the pattern loops. Buying the products is the easy part. Knowing which amount belongs to which window, and where the counting starts, is where people stall.
Count your Lunaris month from the next new moon, or from the day your period starts
This is the decision people get wrong before anything else, and you can settle it tonight on the calendar already in your phone. Lunaris runs on the lunar month, so the plain anchor is the next new moon: mark it, and count the windows forward from there. If you would rather run the protocol against your own cycle, start on the day your period starts instead and keep the same window lengths. If you no longer have a period to count from, use the moon and lose nothing. A woman’s internal rhythm does not switch off with age or menopause. What changes is the axis those rhythms move around, from the ovaries and the reproductive cycle towards light-sensitive circadian signals and the body’s own repair processes, which is why the moon anchor is there. Take that rule and use it, whether or not you ever buy a bottle.
The guide prints the amounts, the order and the pauses this page leaves out
- How much shilajit belongs in each window, and the lighter maintenance amount it eases to later in the month.
- How far the evening alcalina dose climbs during the loading window, and what it settles back to once that window closes.
- Which window the re:set day sits in, how far ahead of it you step alcalina up, and when shilajit comes back in afterwards.
- How to run the month once your periods have stopped, and what the emphasis moves towards when the ovaries no longer set the pace.
- How often to repeat Lunaris in a year, and what to keep taking between runs so the mineral base does not drop away.
You already have the rest for free: the anchor rule above, the roles alcalina, shilajit and re:set each play, and the shape of the month in the diagram. The guide supplies the amounts and the order.
